Regardless of how severe your injury may be, we are here to help you. Over the years we have learned one thing - No one case is the same. All dog bite incidents have their own unique set of facts and circumstances which require equal attention from our experienced and successful lawyers.

Often, dog attacks are quite vicious leaving the victim with many lacerations, scars, gashes, loss of blood, severed fingers, crushed bones, back and neck injuries and even nerve damage. Contrary to popular belief, dog attacks are not most common by pitbulls, rottweilers, german shepherds and dobermans. We have represented individuals that have been bitten and severely injured by dalmations, labrador retrievers, schnauzers, terriers, golden retrievers, beagles, yorkies, and other small dogs. Regardless of the severity of your injury, we will assist you with every aspect of your case, from treatment, to investigation to resolution.

By focusing our practice on two very limited areas of Personal Injury law (Dog bites and slip and fall and trip and fall accidents), our lawyers have the vast experience and knowledge necessary to maximize your recovery if you are the victim of dog bite attack.

With offices in New York and New Jersey, we assist our clients in one of the most highly populated areas of the country. Furthermore, we will gladly meet with you in the comfort of your house, your office and if you would like, the hospital.

  1. “All dog bite incidents have their own unique set of facts and circumstances which require equal attention…” – I agree. But despite this, we have an equal and similar set of rights to protect us. And the awareness of one’s own rights is what everyone needs in case anything happens, a dog attack, in this case. Millions of dog attack victims are added in the list annually, and that’s just in the U.S. Plus, it wouldn’t take a day to learn about dog bite claims.

  2. Getting bit by a dog can be a daunting experience. Like in my case, I sustained an injury from a dog bite when I was a kid, and that incident has left me a scar and a fear as well. I get scared every time I see a dog. Anyhow, I agree with what Penelope said. You must learn something about dog claims. With this, you know the right action you must take in case a dog attacks you, say, in a park. You have to make sure that you get the compensation for the pain and suffering you have endured.

  3. If you were bitten or attacked by a dog in a public place, you can claim compensation from the owner of that dog. It’s just right since he/she had a shortcoming in watching over his/her pet. Regardless of the dog’s typical behavior, or if the dog has previously attacked a person, the owner must be responsible for his/her pet always.

  4. A dog bite is a potentially life threatening matter. Seek medical treatment as soon as possible to prevent infection, and call the attention of the dog’s owner and have him or her face the liabilities, and the consequences. Being a dog owner entails a lot of responsibilities, and we should be mature enough to watch over and take care of our pets.
